You don't need either. Judging by the profile pic, the two nipples you have are just fine, and another would be quite superfluous. And as for three-ways, you're better off without them.
I always found it surprising that in engineering there were often anotomical references. Clearly the order it for a bleed nipple or a grease nipple. Plugs and sockets and all sorts of screw in devices have parts designated male and female. I put it down to suppressed sexuallity in the engineering community.
